During 2021, as the world was under turmoil, there was a turmoil within me as there were a lot of loss, pain that was being experienced. Frustration, Anger, discontent and other emotions were on a roller coaster. Health was impacted.
In this state an angel explained me on emotions and guided me to start with Sanjeevini Bhastika and salt water bath. Once this was started, in August 2021, the opportunity got opened up to meet Gurumitra Poornadwaiti. Initially with skeptical mind, with hesitation shared what I was going through. True to his name he connected to me as a friend, a guide and welcomed me to the Rishi marga with an open arm,guided and soon initiated with PranaVidya.

Once understanding dawned upon, there change stared from within. The emotions were getting under control, was able to respond to situation instead of reacting. The best part was this was recognized by the family. The environment was transforming. This kindled the spirituality which was dormant.

With Guru’s grace, got initiated to Chakradhyana through which emotions were no longer a unknown entity. Was able to experience how an emotion created a situation and how to handle it. With in a short span got the grace of being initiated with Reiki. This helped a lot in handing situations in the family.
With further advancement in Chakradhyana and implementing the learnt, The grace pulled towards realizations of the ultimate.

With these knowledge and practical applications, the situation, environment and the health is now a thing which can be under control. In July 2022 time stood testimony for the blessings of Saptarishis and Gurugalu.

Every time the contact of the guru burns the darkness of ignorance and kindles the light of knowledge.May the grace of the Guru and Saptarishis always be on all of us and may all of us be in Light always.
